Thank you for purchasing artwork from Jared Ryan Shaw. Each piece is handled with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for details. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Each artwork is individually packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the artwork’s size, framing requests, or custom packaging requirements.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on artwork size, and weight.

3. Packaging & Protection

  • Smaller artworks are securely wrapped with protective materials.

  • Larger or delicate artworks may be shipped in custom-built crates.

  • We ensure that all artwork is insured for full value before shipping.


4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
If you haven’t received a tracking update within 7 days, please contact us at jaredryanshawinfo@gmail.com

5. Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

  • All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received—please check with your local courier.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • All artwork sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

  • We will assess the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, or claim.


7. Expedited & Special Shipping Requests

  • Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

  • If you have a deadline or specific delivery request, please email us before placing an order to confirm availability.
